Abstract

Transforming core banking systems may lead to unwanted disruption that may have an adverse effect on the usual operational processes. Adding to the complexity are the legacy applications that are not integrated properly and need to be run on multiple platforms. Therefore, there are a lot of technical risks that need to be kept in mind during a core banking transformation and migration project.
